Ingredients
1 pound firm white sandwich, French, or Italian bread (including crusts), cut into 1/2-inch cubes (about 10 cups lightly packed)
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 cups chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 pound Mecox Bay Dairy Sage Sausage
10 ounces sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup minced parsley
1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
1/3 - 1 cup chicken broth or stock (as needed)
